About me

I’m an independent researcher and freelance consultant (PhD, Computer Science), based in Manchester. I am passionate about applying cognitive science to real-world technology for social impact. A key specialisation is including user perspectives in software systems. This involves listening to the user’s story about their goals, aspirations and concerns.
